Info for Rental Agents
The Shoreham rental policy calls for a minimum of 30 consecutive days, otherwise it’s considered transient. If a unit(s) is vacated prematurely during the 30 consecutive day rental period, then it cannot be rented again during that same period and may not be sublet by either the owner or renter. So that if the renter vacates after a week, that’s on them, but our minimum rental contract period is 30 consecutive days.
Occupancy per unit is limited to six people, including children. This includes a maximum of 6 people utilizing the pool for any one unit.If a guest is bringing a trailer for motorcycles or other possessions, please get board approval. Trailer parking is limited and prior approval is required. A proper permit will be required to be displayed.
